Terms of Sale, Shipping & Replacement Policy

1. Proof Approval Before Production

Every custom-labeled Morning Tray order includes a digital 300 DPI packaging proof prepared at no extra charge. Production begins once you approve your digital proof by email, except for unprinted tasting samples requested for immediate dispatch.

2. Roasting, Packing & US Shipping

All coffee pods, whole-leaf pyramid teas, and morning granolas are packed to order in the United States and ship to addresses across all 50 US states. Standard ground shipping is included in all case prices, single-carton prices, and tasting kits. Typical turnaround after proof approval is 5 to 7 business days.

3. Replacements, Returns & $39 Tasting Kit Credit

Because custom packaging is printed with your property's name, approved custom-printed food items cannot be restocked for general resale. However, if any shipment arrives damaged in transit, misprinted relative to your approved proof, or below specialty freshness standards, contact camille@morningtray.com or call +1 (570) 364-4034 within 14 days of delivery for a prompt free reprint or full refund.

When you purchase the $39 Custom Tasting & Proof Kit, $39 is credited in full toward your first case order or first month of scheduled replenishment.

4. Monthly Replenishment Subscriptions

Monthly replenishment plans bill automatically once per month at the discounted trade rate shown at checkout. There is no minimum commitment: you may pause, skip a month, change roast or box quantity, or cancel anytime before your next scheduled roast date by emailing camille@morningtray.com.

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting a property name, wordmark, or logo, you confirm that your business is authorized to reproduce those marks on guest amenities used or sold at your properties.
